What do you like most?
Having swapped from a larger ‘industry leader’ we’ve been delighted using Preno for over 12 months. The interface is easy for colleagues to use and the API availability has enabled us to integrate with other key systems to keep costs low and customer experience high.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More functionality around payment options would be good, eg early payment non-refundable vs pre-arrival payment for flexible bookings. Breadth on other features, eg Housekeeping with Extras, is great.
