What do you like most?
The versatility of Hotek. You have a wide range to choose from. This allows you to order many products from one supplier and also have one contact person for these products.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That there is a good logbook for the hotel. So that Hotel itself can clearly see what type of locks a hotel has. Currently, they easily ask for a photo of the lock to be taken with the correct information. This is not convenient when you want to report a malfunction or order a part/locks by phone.
