What do you like most?
Managing a premium independent property means optimizing direct booking channels is everything to avoid steep OTA commissions. The native channel manager within this ecosystem updates our rates and availability across all major booking platforms within seconds, completely eliminating accidental overbookings. The integrated voucher and gift certificate module has also allowed us to capture a steady stream of secondary revenue directly through our website without needing a separate plugin.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The native analytics suite provides excellent high-level summaries of RevPAR and occupancy trends, but it lacks deep, custom multi-variable cross-filtering. We still find ourselves exporting data sets to Excel for complex, long-term predictive yield forecasting.
