What do you like most?
I like that it's easy to use for work, that everything is clear, that we can have arrival times and even add the products they consume, and that it's linked to the website so reservations arrive automatically. Also, the ease of making changes to reservations is a big plus. It's a very user-friendly platform; it doesn't overwhelm with information, nor is it visually unappealing—it looks good, which makes it much easier. Opening and closing the register between shifts is very efficient, and the automated email system works very well. Overall, it's a complete website, even though the details are minor. I would recommend it to others for their hotels. The information we fill out for guests is comprehensive, and the fact that profiles are saved saves a lot of time, especially when there are many reservations. But what I like most is that each employee can have an independent session, so we can keep track of who made a change, etc. much more organized and transparent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They could improve in the area of ​​automated emails, perhaps by adding a tab to send them directly to the WhatsApp application. It often happens that people who book through Booking.com, or many others, don't respond to surveys directly via email; WhatsApp is faster and they might respond better. Also, the website is sometimes slow. I'm not sure if it's due to Cloudbeds or something else, but it occasionally crashes or other issues arise that prevent us from working efficiently. Additionally, profiles are often duplicated, or when you add an extra to a guest across multiple reservations, it's applied to a different booking record than you intended. These could be considered bugs, but they don't happen all the time; it's only occasional. Aside from that, it's a very good website to work on.
