What do you like most?
I appreciate that the support team was responsive and helpful once connected. Vibha took the time to understand my requests, confirmed the right property/account details, and provided clear next steps. She was professional, patient, and made sure my billing request was escalated properly while also helping with my Direct Booking email setup question.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The initial AI/chat handoff could be faster, especially for account or billing-related requests that require a specialist. It would also be helpful if DNS/authentication requirements for custom email setup were easier to find in the platform or support documentation, so property owners can complete setup without needing to ask support for the records.
