What do you like most?
Mews has been our partner for 7 years. At Edgar Suites, Mews is truly part of our daily life. What we appreciate most is its simplicity: the tool is intuitive, pleasant to use, and saves us a lot of time on operations. The automations and numerous integrations let us focus more on what really matters: our travelers' experience. We also appreciate that Mews keeps evolving and stays attentive to the industry's needs. Of course, no tool is perfect, but after several years of use, Mews has become much more than a PMS for us: it's a true partner in our development.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reliability of the numerical data. Mews has made a lot of progress on this, but there's still a bit of a way to go.
