What do you like most?
We're especially impressed by how simple and intuitive it is to use. The tool is very simple and clearly structured, and makes it possible to quickly run even more complex analyses. We particularly like the analysis area. You can create your own charts with just a few clicks and customize them individually, so relevant metrics and trends become visible quickly. A real highlight for us is the new feature for recommending restrictions. Based on current data, Happyhotel recognizes on which days, for example, a minimum length of stay makes sense, and gives corresponding recommendations. This makes management noticeably easier and provides very good support for day-to-day revenue work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far we're completely satisfied and nothing comes to mind right away. We're looking forward to further developments in the tool.
