What do you like most?
I like the PMS that looks clean & easy to use. The hotel can see all reservations in one place and check in easily. I also like that the PMS can attach guest documents to the guest profile. Cloudbeds help hotel improve operations process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The application cannot use for real, it can't create any reservation by application, cannot do anything. Have to use in website.
