What do you like most?
Integration with all major OTAs, enabling seamless distribution across key channels. Advanced yield management capabilities support the implementation of our revenue strategy. Direct connectivity with leading RMS solutions, including Duetto and IDeaS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are currently several limitations in the integration of restrictions between Duetto and SiteMinder, and this functionality should be enhanced. The existing yield rules are limited to managing stop-sell restrictions based on predefined criteria. It would be highly beneficial to extend these capabilities to include the automatic application of minimum and maximum length-of-stay (LOS) restrictions based on specific criteria, such as occupancy levels. Additionally, the ability to automatically adjust the pricing of a specific rate plan based on predefined conditions would significantly improve revenue optimization and support a more dynamic pricing strategy.
