What do you like most?
We have found mycloud software is easy to use for us, and as time goes on they continue to update their software in ways that improve our experience as Hoteliers. We appreciate that they hear our feedback and are always working on ways to improve.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes there is booking fails to sync from channel manager to PMS. But that is immediately taken care by their support team.
