What do you like most?
The best part for me is having most of the important hotel tasks in one place. Handling room bookings, maintaining guest records, and preparing invoices are all manageable through the system. I also appreciate how easily we can divide charges into separate bills when guests need different payment arrangements.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the reporting experience needs some improvement. There are more report types than we actually need, so finding the right information can take extra time. On top of that, reports sometimes take quite a while to load, especially when we need to check figures during busy working hours.
