Octorate represents a valuable ally in managing our accommodation facility, thanks to a platform rich in tools that allow us to organize daily work in a more practical and functional way. It is a solution that offers great support in managing activities and allows us to work with greater order and efficiency. A special thanks goes to Ettore for the training received, which proved to be an extremely positive experience. From the very beginning, he showed himself to be prepared, available, and attentive to our needs, guiding us step by step in understanding the system. His explanations were clear, exhaustive, and always focused on practical aspects, allowing us to better understand the different functionalities and the best way to use them. We especially appreciated his professionalism, patience in answering every doubt, and ability to convey information in a simple and effective way. His contribution was fundamental in gaining greater familiarity with the platform and making the most of its possibilities. Moreover, the training was well organized and structured, with a concrete approach that allowed us to deepen the most useful tools for our operational needs. Ettore was able to create a calm and collaborative atmosphere, giving us all the necessary time to understand the various steps and clarify any uncertainties. This made learning much more natural and productive. It is important to be able to count on people who, besides perfectly knowing the product, also know how to transmit their skills with enthusiasm and attention. The availability shown throughout the entire process left us with an excellent impression and represents a significant added value for the service offered by Octorate. We are very satisfied with the training and the quality of the support received. Congratulations to Ettore for the competence and attention demonstrated: a truly excellent experience that helps make our experience with Octorate even more positive!
