What do you like most?
We have been working with Hotel Spider for years and appreciate their reliability, the numerous interfaces to various OTAs and other providers, and last but not least, the very friendly and professional team, which is always easily reachable and quickly finds and delivers answers and solutions to questions or problems. We will gladly remain a customer!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A bit more documentation about the content and data exchanged between the various providers that can be accessed via the interfaces would be nice. Then there wouldn't be any need to ask, but that's not really an issue (as it is).
