What do you like most?
1. Management cannot perform management functions and have to ask for permission from support to do GM duties. 2. Support always clueless of the issues and not well educated about the system to help properties when in need. 3. No manners on how to speak with when answering the phone or having a conversation. They seem to ignore you and your have to repeat yourself 10 times and do not respond to your questions. 4. Any fix are temporary and you have to call them again if the situation arises making is hectic to have to call support for little things and still at the end no resolution but always an advise to put you off.... "my back end team is working on it". I have had issues that took almost 15 days to solve. No good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. Just shut down the company. 2. Your first question on how likely are you to recommend it will not allow you to select 0 which I wanted so I had to select 1. You need to fix that.
