What do you like most?
It’s been a gamechanger for managing guest messages across platforms like WhatsApp and email all in one place. It’s made things so much easier for our team and helps us give guests faster, better service. What’s really awesome is how it’s cut down on Booking.com phishing attempts.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still exploring the tool and looking forward to how we can maximize its use. Hoping for a more advanced AI chatbot
