What do you like most?
The ability to manage all guest touchpoints across multiple channels in one place. This includes email, SMS, What'sApp,OTA's, credit card, upsells. Our guest engagement and satisfaction has increased significantly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ability to purchase addons, stay enhancement, and products has allowed us to create additional revenue streams with existing guests easily. However, the flexibility and functionality of the purchase component needs to be improved. But they are working on it!
