What do you like most?
We had huge ch-in line in our hotel, so we extremely needed to have some new modern solution, and Hotelbuddy really came in the right time. So help with chin solution/ strait connection with our PMS, very good and professional personas + add partly mobile keys :)!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There always will be things to improve, the main thing is that partner hears You needs and try to solve them. In our cooperation time we had solved a lot of. And always need to follow to the activities in tech field! Missing AL based chatbox system, that could be as future.
