What do you like most?
Sojern has done a great job, since we began working with them. The onboarding process was seamless. Their team was prepared to answer all questions and explain the system clearly, while still remaining concise and mindful of our time. The system itself is great for monthly reconciliation. The features work to the hotelier's advantage and the revenue generated each month makes it worth paying the commissions. It takes much less time to complete the reconciliations than other systems such as systems used with many common OTAs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only improvement I can thing of is possibly adding the name associated with each reservation, as well as the confirmation numbers. It would be even easier to make sure you are matching the correct reservation information during monthly reconciliation, but that is a minor thing. The ROI and ease of use make Sojern worth using.
