What do you like most?
When I call customer support I get a response either immediately or very shortly after I have requested help. Webrez is very straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice not to have to toggle in and out of the charges page to check somebody in. I don't like the way the new upgrade divides the property settings in a new way I liked the old way where everything was on the same page.
