What do you like most?
Easy to use calendar, easy to use channel manager, excellent BOOKING PROPOSAL feature, quick response to tickets, not tech problems with the platform at all.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Managing reservations within the same rooms category, currently guests can got reservation but needs to move from room to room. It would be very required to have possibility to hide/mask the address of the direct booking to not show it is RoomRaccoon. Customer Success Team do not follow the agreed plan.
