What do you like most?
Hilton PE P system as well as OPERA, have several outages, in RoomMaster we barely experience outages and once it occurs, the resolution is quite fast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I requested a demo with the new products and Chris Rios was very helpful breaking down in detail all the information needed. Thank you Chris for the prompt follow up and great presentation. I have been working with RoomMaster for several years and the service is superb!
