What do you like most?
Best PMS I've used to date. Very visual, intuitive and friendly. With many extra features like: automatic payments, online check-in/out, guest communication etc. Additionally, I'm very happy with the great customer support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'm very happy with HotelConnect as our main reservations system and channel manager, and don't have any negative points at the moment.
