What do you like most?
I like HelloShift because it: 1. Allows us to quickly interact with staff in house but, 2. allows us to communicate with guests directly before they arrive
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main thing that could be improved is the message rating system. When a guest ends a conversation, we are supposed to have the final word. If we dont, then there is a sad face at the top of the screen and the notification never goes away. Sometimes it is ok in conversation for the guest to say the last thing.
