What do you like most?
The customer service for the product is excellent with a detailed check up from the corporate marketing team to see how we are doing. The graphic design is aesthetically beautiful! Overall, the product seems easy to navigate for each functionality. It is easy to create receipts for guests. What I find extremely helpful is the overall formatting of the dash board page which gives you a quick look at important information. The guest profile is also formatted in a way to show a lot of information as a quick look into the guest profile for easy access. Customer support is great when you have an issue but it can take time for an immediate response.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would have liked for a better training module for "getting started" and for group sales. The screen is hard to read on a lap top as the lettering is all light grey. Even when switching to the dark background it is a little difficult to read. It seems there are a lot of clicks to get one function completed. Although I love the aesthetics of the program, but I find it difficult to use. The program is constantly down or scrolling or pausing. There seem to be lots of issues with accessibility and a long lag time. A proper training program for new users would be beneficial. I was told go to U tube. The staff that trained me didn’t have time to really train me and the screen is difficult to read. The grey lettering is very difficult for someone with progressive lenses. The dark format is even more distracting. Your staff offered to give us a pilot training module for front desk, but I am in sales and need something for groups. We need a training program for managing the accounting for blocks, etc.
