What do you like most?
One of the principal difficulties in the hospitality sector is information flow and communication. DmBook Pro has proven to be a wonderful asset in this area. I had concerns that we would have difficulty getting buy-in from management and staff but the team have embraced the product. It is easy to use and is a very useful tool to assist them in their duties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
* Make improvements on the IOS mobile platform. It works fine on iPad but will not remember passwords on mobile. The mobile optimisation is a little clunky.
