What do you like most?
Being responsible for a small hotels company, HotelIQ has been the ultimate tool we have to collect revenue and market information. It is especially helpful as we don’t have Revenue director in everyone of our properties but this tool has allowed us to make precise and informed decision on a daily basis Also very helpful for uniform reporting within our organization
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice if HotelIQ would include a rate shopping component in their system allowing us to consolidate all our intelligence within one source
