What do you like most?
What is great about the newsletter tool is that it is really simple and understandable for everyone. You don't have to be a professional to design a perfect newsletter. The biggest advantage for me is that you don't have to worry about the best time to send a newsletter, the program specifies that individually.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the aesthetics of the newsletter could be improved a little. But that is criticism on a high level. Otherwise, the program is very well thought out and you can tell that professionals are at work behind the scenes.
