when i need help they are there for me, but when i ask them to send notes on the steps they dont. when i need the same information it is when im finalizing a sale and entering the information so i need the steps, my ceo wont pay for class.

What do you like most?
it is nice they wait to make sure i can confirm they are doing it right - years ago they would just rush and do it. i still would like them to wait so i can take notes but they wont wait, and understand they need to help the next customer, but i end up having to ask for help on entering groups every month
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
a training manual-when the resort was trained i never got one, if you can email the training manual it would be good at no charge or put it in the mailbox and send to me at rose clarke 70 morton farm drive woodbourne ny 12788
