What do you like most?
This is probably the most important thing they have going for them. Support is there, always. If something goes wrong, or you're unsure of a way to do something, they're there to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some of the analytics could be enhanced, but this I gather is already in the pipeline. An easy product to use.
