What do you like most?
- Proactiveness, ownership taken by Yogesh ( support engineer ) and helping promptly with properly explaining the cause and fix of the issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support helpline seems to be a challenge, left a voicemail for support but never got back. Email support however was great and well handled.
