What do you like most?
We absolutely love using Hoteza’s solutions at our hotel! The TV system has completely transformed the way we communicate with guests, offering everything from screen mirroring and Bluetooth entertainment to personalized alerts and easy in-room ordering (our guests LOVE this!). The Web App takes it to the next level by letting guests order spa treatments, excursions, and even room service right from their phones. And thanks to the marketing module, we can promote special offers in a way that’s engaging and effective. What’s even better? Hoteza’s tools are beautifully customizable to fit our hotel’s brand, and they’ve truly made a difference in how we interact with our guests. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, it’s hard to find room for improvement in a solution that’s already so well thought-out and effective. The system truly meets all our needs, and we can’t think of anything that could enhance it further. Keep up the fantastic work!
