What do you like most?
I have been using M3 accounting core for over 20 years and I always find that the support I receive is top notch compared to other finance platforms. From the Help Portal to the training videos and of course the professional and knowledgeable technicians. They are all exceptional. M3 is one of the most user friendly applications but it is always comforting to know that this level of support is available whenever needed. Other industry leading applications are the Budget module and the various ways to collect and analyze data. The platform as a whole is easy to maneuver and producing reports that I can share with my teams is invaluable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If the timeframe to cut checks "prior to date" was extended from just one "previous period" to two. This would be very helpful for those of us managing multiple properties who sometimes need a few extra days to finalize.
