It has transformed the arrival process, making it more efficient, fast, and satisfying for guests. The ease of use, the seamless integration into our systems, the positive impact on the guest experience and the operational efficiency it provides make Civitfun a great ally. Also, their Guestlink product has allowed us to improve communication with the guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing at all. If we have an issue or a punctual problem we address it to their customer service and the problem is resolved quickly.
