What do you like most?
We use the following Hotelbuddy services:Web based guest app, online check in & check out, online payment, room upselling, extra services sales, chat and QR kiosk solution. The app is very easy to use and many our guests use it. We always receive excellent customer support whenever we need it. In addition, we regularly get helpful recommendations and guidance on how to improve our presence on the app and increase our revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cannot think of any.Everything works well overall. Sometimes new features take a little while to appear, but the team is always quick to respond and open to feedback.
