What do you like most?
Crave integrates well with all of our essential guest systems. From the guest's perspective, there is single, seamless, site for all of the products and services that our building provides. The system is highly customizable as well as tailored specific to our unique combination of hotel and residences in one building. Crave's best feature is it's staff who have developed and tested new features, at our request, and has been responsive in any support issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our building is in North America and Crave's offices are located in Europe. Occasionally we have to wait a few hours for a response to any questions or issues due to the time differences but typically response are received within 24 hours which is standard for most of our vendors that are headquartered in the same time zone.
