What do you like most?
Logging into HIA is very quick and easy to access our hotels compared to M3 accounting much quicker than M3 and Making journal entry is quick and easy as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer Support over telephone one on one would be really nice and quicker email response. Customer Support in recent time has improved a lot from past.
