What do you like most?
What I liked most was the professionalism and responsiveness throughout the entire project. Communication was always clear, and they really took the time to understand my needs instead of just offering a generic solution. Deadlines were respected, the quality of the work matched exactly what was promised, and any small questions I had were handled quickly and politely. Overall, I felt supported and confident at every step.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I had to mention something to improve, it would be to provide a bit more proactive follow-up after each major milestone, just to recap what has been done and what comes next. It could also be helpful to share more examples or suggestions at the beginning, so that I can compare different options more easily. These are minor points, because overall the experience was very positive and I would definitely work with this vendor again.
