What do you like most?
People today always have their phone with them, so since room keys are stored in the phone, guests won’t lose physical key cards and can always access their room. The hotel does not need to constantly purchase new physical key cards, as they are used less frequently (cards get lost and wear out less), which reduces both costs and plastic waste.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main challenge lies with the guests themselves: they first need to trust technological innovations more, and sometimes they simply don’t know how to share an electronic room key with a companion staying in the same room.
