What do you like most?
Guests can check into the hotel without anyone having to be present. Reviews and messages from almost all OTAs are collected centrally. A traffic light system makes everything very clear. Guests can book special services online.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Invoices cannot yet be closed and paid. Corporate bookings are not yet ideal. Companies or groups can decide for themselves who will handle billing and additional services when creating guests.
