Property Management Systems
What do you like most?
Mews is the best Property Management System out there at the moment. The automatization options throughout the system give front desk staff their time back to spend this in favor of our guests. The development of Mews in the last years has been remarkable. Not only providing updates for hotel staff, but enhancing a smooth experience for guests as well. Options like self check-in, a guest portal to add product and manage reservations and update profile information upfront, gives guests valuable time back during their stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not to many things. Mews is continuing to update the system and gives us valuable feedback on development. Users even have the possibility to vote for new feautures and Mews is sorting these out quite nice.
