What do you like most?
For hostel operation, I like that the PMS does not feel too difficult. We can check reservations, manage arrivals and organize the daily work without too many complicated steps. The system gives staff more time to focus on actual guest service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like the Calendar to work more like a control center. It would be useful to have actions such as editing guest details, changing room information and other common tasks directly there. Going into each Reservation takes extra clicks.
