What do you like most?
Booking and cleaning schedule and also communications for guests. The Reporting requirement meets what is needed for filing taxes with state and county. I like using the App easy to work with. Onboarding was excellent, Melissa has been working with me constantly and making improvements to my experience and guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
using text messages to help guest check in and out and update and send a message to the caretaker when checked on or out.
