What do you like most?
MEWS PMS is very user friendly. There are no complicated menus, processes, or steps to follow. Everything on the system is laid out pretty neatly and in a functional way. The ease of use compared to other PMSs is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The MEWS Reporting depth is not enterprise-grade. They need to improve this functionality. And also it's S&C (Sales & Catering) functionality is basic compared to some of the other well established PMSs.
