What do you like most?
What I value most is, without a doubt, the quick response and the closeness of the team. Whenever we have had a need or suggested a modification, they respond very quickly and, most importantly, always look for a solution and carry out what we request or do everything possible to adapt it to our needs. For us, it is very important to have a provider who listens, responds quickly, and truly gets involved in day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently, I would not highlight any specific aspect that I consider necessary to improve. Whenever we have suggested a need or change, the team has responded very well and has tried to implement it, so we are very satisfied with both the product and the support and adaptability of the team.
