What do you like most?
The seamless interplay of the entire Gastfreund suite. Guest newspaper, Hotelboard and the Signature guest app work as one system – we maintain content once and it appears across all channels. Add to that the intuitive usability, the continuous product development and a support team that is quick, knowledgeable and solution-oriented. Gastfreund feels like a partner, not just a vendor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would welcome more integration options with other systems in our tech stack. Looking ahead, guest profiles and personal guest logins in the app would be a great next step – they would allow even more personalized communication and make the guest journey more seamless from booking to departure.
