What do you like most?
The user friendly design and layout makes it easy for everyone to learn the system in a timely manner. The prompt IT and customer support help when needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Things that could use some improvement are the processing fees, but we appreciate the automated secure transactions. I am looking forward to the AI chat box on the web booking, I think it will enhance guests experience, which is a main goal!
