What do you like most?
It's an easy to use system and I believe that it's been very helpful with converting inquiries into actual bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customization for each individuals login would be something to consider. With teams, certain users may only manage parts of the business aspect and may only need to view certain items more quickly. If they could customize their home screen to what they need it would be great.
