What do you like most?
The booking engine and website are excellent. The support team is especially responsive and provides very fast assistance. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Aşkın for introducing us to Exely and guiding us through the process. A truly professional company and service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The existing integrations within the PMS module should be comprehensively reviewed and enhanced in order to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention in data flows, strengthen communication between systems, and optimize the overall user experience. In addition, the scope of current integrations should be expanded, and any new integrations required to support evolving business and operational needs should be implemented.
