What do you like most?
There are no redeeming qualities. It is a system that promises the world and delivers very little. The support is nearly nonexistent and they do not have in-house capability to assist.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would function as promised. It does not have the ability to stay connected. It is so fragile that the savings from energy management, if it does get connected, would be eaten up by excess maintenance costs in keeping it maintained and online.
