What do you like most?
I can say that Exely has been a very convenient and reliable PMS system for our daily operations. The interface is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and helps our team work more efficiently. What we especially appreciate is that the system is constantly evolving, with regular updates and improvements that show the team truly works on developing the product further.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the same time, there are a few areas where further enhancements would be highly valuable. In particular, more flexible personalization for each individual property would significantly improve the user experience and allow better adaptation to specific operational needs. Additionally, we believe the financial functionality could be strengthened. It would be a great improvement to have a built-in P&L (Profit & Loss) tracking and reporting tool directly within the platform. This would make financial management more transparent, efficient, and integrated without relying on external systems.
